NomadsTrails – Full-Time Adventurers Peyman and Laura from Finland

Peyman is a full-time adventurer, and Laura is a coast guard officer who pursues adventure in her free time. Peyman has been traveling by bicycle for over a decade and has covered more than 55,000 km during that time. In 2023, the pair were searching for a new touring bike with a Pinion gearbox and wide, tubeless tires. Naturally, the bike also had to be extremely durable—as Peyman puts it, "It’s my office and my adventure tool."
Co-sponsor Pinion recommended velotraum, and that's how Peyman became a brand ambassador for us. As of 2025, Peyman and Laura have ridden over 20,000 km across Europe, Asia, and Africa on their Velotraum FINDERs.
They are currently involved in a project called 5Athlon, which began on January 27, 2025, at the North Cape on skis and is set to end in southern South Africa.
The project involves five disciplines: skiing, running, swimming, sailing, and cycling. The cycling routes take them from Tallinn to Greece and from Morocco to South Africa. These legs will be completed on their Finder F6 bikes.
